Here are the estimates from Stelling Engineers on the deferred
maintenance at the airport that will need to be done under Option #1 and
#2. There are two other projects that need to be considered along with
these 1) KGEZ Tower Mitigation and 2) Fix the rotating beacon. I
gave Wade the information on these two projects along with this
information so he can prepare his cost estimates for Options #1 & #2.
Also, we need to talk about coming up with a Task Order for Stelling if
we want them to do any other work for us. I think their generosity
might be running out.

Please find attached the Excel spreadsheet breaking down all of the cost
items you requested. I highlighted work quantities for culvert
replacement and fencing because I had to guess on these items. You may
want to revise the quantities.
