I have something at 2:00 and 3:00 on Thursday, but Monday the 26th is
open right now. We need to plan these audits a little further out, at
least a few weeks instead of a few days. If you are looking for a
recommendation, I would say we schedule them three weeks apart so we can
finish the reports and do a follow-up while the info is still fresh in
our minds. Schedule the next inspection on May 17th, June 14th, July
12th, etc. Then we can put them on our schedules. You don't need to
send out the notices that far in advance, but I need to put this on my
calendar so I don't schedule something else in that slot. Thanks

I would be available this Thursday from about 1:30 - 3:00 or Monday the
26th from 9:00 - 10:30 to do our next round. We would start off at the
next building in line which is the Street Department's shop and progress
from there.
Leonard: Clint should be available to attend and so should John Lyon's.
What department would follow the Street department?
