Jane and Fred,
Attached is the completed preapplication for the FAA. Feel free to
revise and edit anything you want. Since we don't have a scope of work
yet, I just through in a high number for the cost to make sure we are
covered. You are not committed at all to any funding with this
preapplication; you are simply letting the FAA know that you are
planning for a project and will want to use Federal funds for the
project. Since this is just a planning grant, I don't believe any
attachments are required with the preapp. Once you sign it, transmit it
to Gary Gates under City letterhead.
