necessary in order to amend the Airport TIF District and some of the
considerations for such an amendment as it relates to Old School
Station.
We are preparing a second memo relating to some of the technical legal
issues with respect to the use of Airport TIF revenues in the new
amended district that would include the Old School Station area.
If there is interest in forming a study group of the public this should
be done in short order to enable the City to meet all of the timeline
requirements for the amended Airport TIF District in place by December
31, 2010 in order for the additional land to have a base value as of
January 1, 2010.
