Kalispell City Airport Scope of Work (2)Jane and Fred,
Please find attached a revised scope of work in follow up to yesterday’s
meeting. I believe I have addressed all of the changes that you
requested. We have also made one other change to the Scope of Work: we
have separated out as a stand-alone work item the Public Outreach
Program. The reason for this is that there will be a substantial effort
throughout the Master Plan Update process to provide the public support
necessary for this project to proceed more smoothly. I’m hoping that by
separating public outreach from the normal master planning process the
Council and Public will understand each work effort better.
I would like to send the revised scope of work off to Gary Gates
tomorrow to keep the process moving forward. I hope either of you have
time to look it over.
