Kalispell City Airport Scope of WorkGary,
Attached is a revised scope of work for the Kalispell City Airport
Master Plan Update project. Mitch and I met with Jane Howington and
Fred Leistiko on Wednesday and reviewed/modified the previous SOW
emailed out on Tuesday of this week. The biggest change between this
SOW and the prior one is that we have separated out the Public Outreach
Program as a stand-alone task in this effort. After discussions with
the Sponsor, we feel all feel that an effective public outreach is
essential to a successful planning project. Please review the attached
document and let us know if you concur with the scope of work. As soon
as I receive your concurrence, we will enter fee negotiations with the
Sponsor. Our intent is to complete fee negotiations next week and
submit a grant application as soon as that effort is complete.
