We have completed fee negotiations for the Kalispell City Airport Master
Plan Update. The following is a summary of the original fees and final
fees for each task:

The only fee that changed was the fee for the Public Outreach Program.
We were able to reduce some travel time for Mitch to and from Kalispell
to lower the fee by $2,000.
Please review the proposed fees and let me know if you concur. Once we
receive your concurrence, we will prepare and submit the grant
application. The City Manager will put our agreement on the City
Council agenda upon receipt of the grant offer. The next potential City
Council meeting would be July 6th. If we miss that date it will be two
weeks later.
