I am requesting:
.copy of the purchase agreement with Red Eagle Aviation for purchase of
their property adjacent to the airport, along with a copy of the
approval of city council, if any, for this purchase;
. copy of the property lease with Red Eagle Aviation that was enacted
after their property was purchased by the city of Kalispell, including
any resolutions by city council that approved the lease;
.If city council did not approve the lease with Red Eagle, I am
requesting copies of any and all property leases that are currently in
effect along with their approvals by city council.
These requests are made in accordance with the Montana Open Records Law,
Montana Code 2-6-101.
