Fred,
I don't believe you will get an offer before July 4th. I have been told
on several other projects that the FAA won't be able to issue Part B
grants until after the 4th. You may want to let Jane know this and plan
on the July 19th meeting.

Jeff:
We signed the grant and sent it out last Friday. If we don't get a
response from Gary to take to the Council by this Thursday, July 1st, we
will have to hold off until the next Council meeting on July 19th to get
their go ahead. That is because the packet to the council members goes
out on Thursdays the week prior to the meeting.

Jane,
Attached is the grant application for the Master Plan Update for
Kalispell City Airport. Please print out a copy and sign the front page
as well as the several of the certification pages towards the end of the
document. I have typed in your name on all the signature pages so it
should be fairly straight forward identifying the places to sign. Once
signed, you may use the attached transmittal letter to forward the
original signed application to the FAA for processing.
