RE: Administrative Code ReviewI woudl add a provision for the procedure to elect a president of the
council, i.e, by nomination and roll call vote. Also, allow the cops to
arrest or remove insolents from chambers upon request of presiding
officer (since we usually don't arrest the people I kick out).
Otherwise, looks good.

Jane & Tammi:
I have attached the tweaks that I have done to the Administrative Code.
I would also add sections for the Planning Director, Human Resources
Director, Airport Manager and City Clerk which are positions not
currently addressed in the Administrative Code. I would follow the same
format as the other positions but pull the particulars out of their job
descriptions.
Anything else that I have overlooked and that you would like
to have addressed?
