Sorry for the delay in responding to your email – somehow I missed it
earlier in the week.
It was very nice to meet with both of you. And, I appreciate your
support & willingness to assist in the air service development process.
I look forward to working with both of you.
Jane, I do have your email address on the Info Share Group list serve,
and have added Tammy as well. I will be sending out an email to the
group next week about the Sept 15 meetings with our air service
consultant. Additionally, I will send you a brief summary of our efforts
to date & goal to create a community air service bank.
FYI- DOT released the RFP for the small community air service grant
applications today. Submissions are due by Aug 27. I have attached a
draft letter of support for your reference/use if you are still inclined
to provide such letter for our application – I will need the letter, on
your letterhead, by Monday, August 9. As a reminder, we are seeking
$450,000 from the DOT to support new year-round service by United to
SFO.

Cindi and Tammi,
Thanks again for you both taking the time to come into the office this
morning. I wanted to send a follow up email to be sure I didn’t miss
any follow up points.
Cindi, you indicated that Joe U. would be getting you names of key
players in the Valley that would be important to invite to the
presentation post-Labor Day. Tammi and I will plan on providing names
as well. You also indicated that you would send Tammi some information
on what an air bank is and how it might be used so she can begin to
discuss this with her contacts.
I’ll plan on setting up an appointment between Kellie, Tammi and myself
during the first week of August so we can begin to discuss Port
Authority participation with an air bank.
Finally if Cindi can check to be sure I’m still on the “info-share”
email list I would be most appreciative.
