Thanks again for meeting with Tammi and I. One of the items on my
follow up list was to provide names of key players for the presentation
you are scheduling in September. I wanted to send this email
identifying the types of people I think should be there. If you, Joe
and Tammi concur I can have staff put names and addresses to the
positions. I also wanted to check in on the size of the crowd you felt
would be too large so I can confine the number of people to within that
limit.
1. Elected officials from political jurisdictions
2. Chamber directors of board presidents ( could include exec
boards depending on size of group)
3. Port Authority board members
4. MWED director and executive board
5. Major private sector reps from top 5 to 10 businesses (Big
Mountain, Semitool, etc)
6. Major public/non-profit reps (hospitals, community college,
etc)
