Attached is a draft Master Plan outline for KCA. This is a boiler-plate
format that meets FAA requirements and covers primarily aeronautical
issues. When we meet next we should discuss how we can refine and add
to this format to create a document that has more value to the City. We
don’t have much leeway with the FAA to take away from this format; but
we should have no issues complementing it with additional study.
I have also started on the Work Plan. Maybe next week we can get
together and discuss items in both documents. When is the Airport
Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for?
