Also, I had Jane send a thank you letter to Gary Gates and asked him to
confirm his offer to 1) approve a planning grant to review past
documents to confirm we are on the right tract and 1) approve a planning
grant to start the EA process. As soon as he comes back saying he will
do these two items we will take it to council for approval to move
forward with these two items and request Task Orders to cover them both.
So we are waiting for an answer from Gary Gates to submit for the
grants.

Fred,
Please find attached the Excel spreadsheet breaking down all of the cost
items you requested. I highlighted work quantities for culvert
replacement and fencing because I had to guess on these items. You may
want to revise the quantities.
I think we also need to talk to Jane about getting some type of
Agreement in place for these request items. If we expect to have these
work requests continue, we should try and get a contract in place with a
$5,000 ceiling or so.
