RE: Proposed Agenda?Marc;
Thank you for the E-Mail. I am attaching several items for this meeting
they are as follows:
1.) URA Summary of Activities from the 08/26/10 meeting.
2.) URA Agenda for the 09/15/10 Meeting.
3.) Request from Glacier Investment Properties (GIP) with additional
information I pulled on the property, (Map, Overview of the property,
Statement showing no unpaid taxes, Tax Payment History & a copy of the
2009 Tax Bill.
4.) Copy of an E-Mail from Avail-TVN in which they are requesting
$21,000 from the South Kalispell (Airport) TIF. I am waiting for an
application from Michael that I will also forward on to you but he does
a pretty good job of describing what & why he is looking for this
funding. I have also talked with Richard Griffin (Grif) at CenturyLink
to confirm there is no Fiber on that side of the road & he confirms what
Mike is saying in the letter.

Do you have a proposed agenda for our URA meeting on Wednesday,
September 15? I understood you would send me a proposed agenda for our
meetings approximately 1 week in advance. I am leaving town for a few
days so I would like to get it set and distributed soon.
