I have finalized the document and have it ready for signatures. I will
be in town all day and can meet or come to you for signatures.
Some changes:
· Change the date
· Indicate Chris agreed via e-mail
· Highlighted unanimously
· Removed the Mayor and council and kept Jane and Fred as the
recipients, we serve at the pleasure of the city manager
