I don't have any conflicts for Thursday yet, but there is a deposition
of John Talmadge (Diamond Aire) that our outside attorney has scheduled
for Friday. Jane wants me to set up a meeting with the Airport Advisory
Council to discuss the FAA grant we are going after on Thursday or
Friday. I don't know when that will be. It could be pushed to the next
week also. Give me some options, but you know, things shift back and
forth. The sooner I get a time set that I can schedule around, the
better. Right now I have two periods next week open, Thursday Morning
and Thursday Afternoon.

Bummer. The best laid plans..
I have a commitment that would overlap so we may be better postponing.
Also, I'm not sure what Fred's schedule is next week and he would like
more notice. Thursday or Friday are fairly open. Always the problem
when there are so many players. Maybe the three of us need to sit down
and hammer out some times.
Fred: Is there any time later in the week you can have the audit.
I will let Leonard know we are postponing and will get back to him. We
were going next to the building south of the garage (Streets and
possibly Solid Waste or Signs & Signals thereafter).

I have something at 2:00 and 3:00 on Thursday, but Monday the 26th is
open right now. We need to plan these audits a little further out, at
least a few weeks instead of a few days. If you are looking for a
recommendation, I would say we schedule them three weeks apart so we can
finish the reports and do a follow-up while the info is still fresh in
our minds. Schedule the next inspection on May 17th, June 14th, July
12th, etc. Then we can put them on our schedules. You don't need to
send out the notices that far in advance, but I need to put this on my
calendar so I don't schedule something else in that slot. Thanks

To all:
I would be available this Thursday from about 1:30 - 3:00 or Monday the
26th from 9:00 - 10:30 to do our next round. We would start off at the
next building in line which is the Street Department's shop and progress
from there.
Leonard: Clint should be available to attend and so should John Lyon's.
What department would follow the Street department?
