own below High water mark. And doing the research on the web they own
a long ways out as depicted in the GIS. So we just don’t need another
Aviation Black Eye.

I am sorry to inform everyone that the Beach Bash Fly-in is not going to
happen. Due to some legal wrangling between the State and the
landowners we are not going to get in the middle of the arguments.
We are a good group and we do not need to have a negative light shown on
the Aviation Community. There are gray areas and interpretations that
need to be sorted out before we can see if we can utilize the beach in
the future.
