I am concerned that the SOW we have prepared will result in a higher fee
then estimated on our preapplication. Will there be an issue requesting a
higher grant amount than what you have programmed?

Fred, I expect to complete our review and comments prior to 5/28/10. We
have initially committed or programmed the funds based on the
preapplication, however we likely won't have authority to issue the grant
offer to the City until sometime after June 7th.
