Audit Team:
Can we all meet in Mitton’s office at 1:00 P.M. on July 1st and we can
go from there. We would start with visiting the 7 well sites first. If
we have any time left we can randomly select a couple Lift Stations in
the area to look at. I cannot imagine there is anything at the lifts
stations that would concern us in the safety arena except possibility
security items. We would need access to the structures at each well
site. I am sure they are locked.

Well, next Thursday I have a meeting at 10:00 AM with my MMIA attorney
who is coming up from Missoula, but would b e available in the
afternoon. July 1st I go to my new reduced schedule and will be
available half days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays . The rest
of the time I will be at the airport taking care of airport business and
working with the consulting engineers on the grant project. So,
starting July 1st, time is going to be tight.

stations to put on my inventory sheet. We have not been able to get the
list together yet. What will you be using for the site identification
for these locations?

If we can do it, can we continue with the safety audit perhaps this
Thursday. I think the next areas on the agenda would be the wells and
lift stations. So this would be a road trip. I’m not aware of any
other PW locations other than these?
