The monthly lease on Red Eagle Aviation will not change until October
1st, 2010. Then the hangar, fuel, and office monthly lease rate will
increase by 2% annually.
The Annual Lease rate increase of 3% will apply to the following
leases:
A1 ETA ($3,119.74)
A2 ETA ($3,119.74)
A3-1 McElroy-Montana Build
A3-2 Mount Cleveland Development
A3-3 James and Serena Pierce
A4 ETA ($1,770.22)
A5 Mount Cleveland Development
A7 HDD, LLC
A8 North Country Holding ($972.53)
A12 Myron Strand ($1,222.16)
Hilton Garden Inn
If you have last year's invoices, just increase the above list by 3% and
we're good to go. I put the last year figures that I knew in
parentheses.
