The Sponsor is planning on requesting City Council approval on the Contract and Grant Offer together once the offer is made. Therefore, I won't be able to get you the executed contract
until after the Council meeting and after the grant offer is made. Is this a problem?

issue the grant offer by mid July pending AIP authorization.
Please provide our office an executed copy of the planning services
contract, checklist and sponsor certifications.
