I don't think the planning grant will come out of NPE. Gary said we
will have to carry forward all our NPE to 2011 if we don't have anyone
interested in using some of the funds.

I don't believe we do. You were able to loan out some to Wolf Point?
You also will be using $100,000 for the planning grant. You shouldn't
have any problems expending some of the old funding.
