As I said, we are waiting for more documents. But here is what we know.
On 4/24/07, Talmage filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy petition. He filed as
John R. Talmage d/b/a Montana Diamond Aire,Inc., RJT Properties, LLC,
etc. His schedules were due 5/15/07. On 5/13/07, he moved to dismiss
Montana Diamond Aire and RJT Properties, LLC, as Debtors. He said they
are separate legal entities from himself and are not bankrupt. They
should be listed as assets on his schedules. The motion was granted on
5/14/07.. Claims were allowed by the Court for Countrywide, ECast
Settlement Corp, and St. Croix County Child Support. Claims were
disallowed for Discover, Calvary Potfolio Services, LLC, Portfolio
Service Assoc., and Montana Child Support. On 7/19/07, Mr. Talmage moved
to dismiss his bankruptcy proceedings--- Separately, as of 6/14/10, Mr.
Talmage was listed as Director and president of Montana Diamond Aire. He
and Diane M. White were listed as members of RJT Properties, LLC.
