reserved for our use on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. so you
can give that info out ASAP. They should call the Wingate immediately

Just found out that the weekend we want to meet is not a good
weekend for accommodations in Great Falls, its fair week. Let's move it
to Helena that weekend and I will look at accommodations there.
