Board of directors meeting!
TO ALL,
Please find numerous important items on this E-mail that pertain to
the MTCAA Board of Directors meeting to be held in Helena on Aug. 7,
2010 from 10 A.M. to 4:00 A.M. Great Falls was considered but the fair
is in session on that date.
The Articles of Incorporation Draft and the By-laws Draft are
attached. Copy these and come prepared to make any changes that we feel
necessary to fit the MTCAA. Note if you can not open these attachments
please notify me immediately and I will try to find someone to put them
in another format!

please make the correction to this address in your contact information
for MTCAA directors.
If for some reason you can not attend this meeting we would like to have
you agree to sign what we end up with because we need the signature of
seven directors. We are expecting a few additional participants and
can have one of those sign as a director also if everyone agrees to it.
Getting the signatures is very important to completing our business that
day!
If you need reservations please do that soon as shown below.
I hope to have Fred put together an agenda of important business so we
can follow that and complete all the necessary issues to make this a one
trip session. I will send that to you.
