Thank you. Dear Mayor, Kalispell City Council Members, City Manager: I'm asking some of you to reconsider your yea vote for use of F.A.A. grant moneys to do a re-study for a Feasibility/ master plan Study For Kalispell City Airport. I'm hoping that the realization that it is indeed a waste of taxpayers money has been noted due to the recent discovery's. I also understand that the pressure of that night to pass or not pass this was at the end of a very lengthy Council Meeting. If anything, I'd like the council to consider at least one more work shop and discussion on this matter and then do a re-vote or table it. I and others were hoping that you would have been in receipt of the City Managers requests from Mr., Elders to give a report of the condition of the airport and examine some other alternatives in his report, before we voted to grant this very expensive and costly study on this matter. I understand the concept that it is only costing us local taxpayers 4 or 5 thousand, but 92 thousand from our fellow American taxpayers, it's time to examine our self's and our part and how we can contribute to helping our nation at this time. Please retract and/or table the votes, until further workshop and reports can be submitted and more discussion between the council members and staff and hopefully some other positive news on the return of our Mayor Fisher and the needed time for The City Managers and Mr. Elders report to be compiled. You all requested this report, it should be done before the vote. The airport is not going anywhere. There are plenty of people eager to help in data and information gathering. Maybe this is a way to bring the people together, instead of keeping them divided. We need to weed out the airport expanders and the airport closers if we want to keep our airport at it present location. Thank you for this consideration, Scott Davis 448 5th.
