As far as the airport is concerned, flying a small blimp at 100-125 feet
in the vicinity of the county fairgrounds poses no problem for City

Good afternoon Fred.
To follow up to our conversation, please e-mail PJ Farnes (cc to myself)
that McDonald's is okayed to fly a blimp above our restaurant located at
1110 Highway 2 W. during Fair Week.
Our plan is to fly it not to exceed 125 feet in height, however I do
believe we are cleared up to 200 feet.
