I will take a look at this "Draft" document and let you know if there
are any suggestions from our perspective. The Airport Advisory Council
meeting is scheduled for next week on Wednesday the 18th at 3:00 P.M. in
the conference room here at City Hall. Please plan to attend. If in
the meantime you have any questions, give me a call. These months are
our busiest at the airport, I sure wished we had the counters and the
acoustics in place to start the study.

Fred,
Attached is a draft Master Plan outline for KCA. This is a boiler-plate
format that meets FAA requirements and covers primarily aeronautical
issues. When we meet next we should discuss how we can refine and add
to this format to create a document that has more value to the City. We
don't have much leeway with the FAA to take away from this format; but
we should have no issues complementing it with additional study.
I have also started on the Work Plan. Maybe next week we can get
together and discuss items in both documents. When is the Airport
Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for?
