The way we do the web survey is to send out letters to registered pilots
with a link to a web page. We also provide an ID number for them to
enter on the survey. Every registered pilot will have his own unique ID
to enter into the system. This way we can link each response to a
registered pilot and ensure that there is no duplication of responses.

Jeff:
I forgot the two surveys, we will need to publish these and the results
from each. I don’t know if we want to have an interactive survey on
line for people to fill out. We might get a lot of repeat business and
therefore it would not be accurate.
