I noticed two corrections that we should make right away in these
documents.
1. On June 25th, 2004 the City of Kalispell signed a CONTRACT
FOR SERVICES agreement with me for one year to be a consultant and
temporary airport manager because they did not have a manager or a job
description for a manager. This agreement has a hold harmless clause
that says the City would protect me, etc. After the one year period
they hired me as a city employee with a job description. I don't know
if this makes any difference, but I could send you a copy of the
agreement if you need it.
2. The meeting on April 1st with Mountain West Bank was suppose to
be with the President, but upon arrival I was directed to Brad Buhls
(sp) for the discussion. No written notes where kept on that short
meeting. Brad did ask for a copy of the contamination report I had and
I gave it to him to copy. I picked the report up the next day.
