You don't need to pay us before reimbursement; we expect to wait. The
normal time frame is about 3 weeks from the time you forward the packet
to the FAA.

Jeff:
Put Jane as the signature for the City, but send them to me to verify
and get to her for signature. I will have to hard copy to the Finance
Department after Jane signs the documents. I am not sure Finance will
pay before the FAA reimburses us. How long is that process expected to
take?
