Fw: MCAA By-LawsTo MCAA Board of Directors, Here are the corrections to the By Laws after our long project at Helena. Please review them and see if there is anything we missed. Also notice the membership meeting is listed as a breakfast meeting at the Yogo in Lewistown on morning of Sept.11 from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Only place we could fit it in. Note that most all the conference will be held at the hangar at the LWT airport. Jerry had some difficulty with the catering people. They need a number count one week ahead and that has always been a difficult situation as many sign up when they walk in. Last year we paid a pretty high minimum bill because we didn't get the expected number. That makes the costs go up! I'm not sure what he has come up with yet. We might end up ordering off the menu at the Yogo. Meeting date is arriving so any changes you see please let us know so we can try to make the changes.
