JENTZ AS THE ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFYING OFFICER FOR THE CITY of
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is designating Thomas R. Jentz, Director of the Kalispell
Planning Office, as the Environmental Certifying officer for the City of Kalispell
on a permanent basis.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Thomas R. Jentz is the designated Environmental Certifying officer on all
local, state and federal grant applications on behalf of the City of Kalispell.
SECTION II. That the duties of the Environmental Certifying Officer will be necessary for the
completion of, but not limited to, the following grant funding sources:
HUD
EPA
FEMA
EDA
DOE
HOME & SHOP Grants
Montana Department of Commerce programs
CDBG Housing, Public Facility and Economic Development Grants
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR of
THE CITY OF K.ALISPELL THIS 2ND DAY OF AUGUST, 2010.
