HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: ASI, (Van Ee Apartments) — 420 Grandview Drive — They are having a
ground breaking ceremony on July 30th. Public Works is still waiting on drainage and easement
information.
NEW BUSINESS: We have two deck additions for smoking areas for Town Pump. They will
need to get Administrative CUPS because these are casino expansions.
The Chamber of Commerce in Depot Park is doing interior partition changes.
Dolce Villa at Hutton Ranch is changing to the Cold Stone, which is another ice cream
establishment. They will have some interior changes.
Landscape Ordinance — Waiting to hear from the Parks Department on this.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing for the August meeting.
OTHER REPORTS:
Weed Complaints - Diehl mentioned that they have had a number of calls regarding weeds. He
also received a request for a controlled burn near Village Greens where the neighbors are cutting
their grass and then dumping the cuttings in one area on a lot in the cul-de-sac. KFD will not be
doing a controlled burn there. Jentz noted that it is not a weed issue. Diehl will find out who
owns the lot.
