HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Legends Court — Johnson noted they haven't done
anything out there and they are getting closer to the end. Sorensen mentioned that we haven't
done Final Plat yet on the Violence Free Crisis Line.
OLD BUSINESS: ASI, (Van Ee Apartments) — 420 Grandview Drive — They still have not
submitted a Downstream Analysis and Public Works needs this.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None.
OTHER REPORTS: Business License/Registration Program — Sorensen stated that the
City Council gave the go ahead to bring something back to them on this but they want all the
details of the program worked out. We're putting together what the possible fees would be but
this will be a revenue neutral program so it has to match what the costs are. They want a list of
specific examples of where it would help each department. Each department needs to put
together a list with concrete, specific examples where a business registration program would help
your department out. Send him a memo or an e-mail with this information. They will probably
do a work session first. He will send a reminder e-mail to everyone to get this into him. Diehl
mentioned that he would help with any Council presentation and he could have someone from the
Missoula Fire Service come and talk about their program and how it has helped them with their
enforcement. This will probably go to Council in late August.
