OLD BUSINESS: ASI (Van Ee Apartments) — 420 Grandview — Nothing new to report.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Sorensen briefly reviewed a referral the city received from Flathead
County for a 2 lot single family subdivision on Lower Valley Road. The lots will be served by a
shared well and individual septic systems. The committee had no comments.
Sorensen reported the text amendment and conditional use permit for the casino that was to be
located in the former Quizno's building on the corner of West Idaho and 2nd Ave WN has been
withdrawn.
Anderson noted the amendments to the PUD and proposed assisted living facility on the Bloomstone
property on Four Mile Drive has been put on hold until this coming fall.
