PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning has not heard back from Sunrift Brewing’s owners and will forward this to the City Attorney’s office. OLD BUSINESS: Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Parks is waiting on landscaping plans. This will be on the agenda next week. EAA Training Facility – 1825 Airport Rd – new training facility at City Airport – Planning advised that the CUP application is complete and will be on the May Planning Commission meeting agenda. Plan review This will be on the agenda next week. Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – new apartment and community building – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Home2 Suites – 454 Rivers Edge Loop – new hotel –Response comments are in Public Works’ queue. Parks is looking for landscaping plans. Building is working through comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Everhome Suites – 1900 Jefferson Blvd – new hotel – Parks has minor comments out. This was conditionally approved. Two Mile storage Units – 204 Two Mile Dr – new storage units – Rebecca from Hammerquist Casalegno requested approval to build the stormwater and sewer lines without a permit. The committee denied her request. Building advised that the site plan does not meet the building code and accessibility requirements. Public Works is still waiting for a response to civil plan comments and advised that DEQ approval is required. Planning will follow up with Fire. Rebecca will follow up with Planning next week. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Industries – 91 5th Ave WN – Clearance Store – Public Works is reviewing. Building has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Village Loop Mixed Use – 63 Village Loop – new mixed use bldg. – Public Works has comments out. Building review just started. This will be on the agenda next week. VA Clinic – 750 Reserve Pl – new clinic – Public Works is waiting on response to comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Logan ED Parking Lot – 336 Conway Dr – new parking lot – Toby from Jackola is working with Parks. Public Works has comments in. This was conditionally approved. Beehive Homes PH 3 – 242 Stillwater Rd – new building – Public Works has comments out. Building advised that there is no geo-tech report. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Stillwater Crossing Apts Ph 2 – Four Mile/Stillwater Rd – new apartments – Jason from JCE Development requested approval to put in the foundation prior to Final Plat and to make the landscaping approval not tied to civil approval. The committee denied both requests because the site is not safe for fire ingress &and egress and the plans need to be fully approved. Parks advised Jason that he needs a letter identifying the nursery source and species for the landscaping and the recreational amenities breakdown. Planning advised that the plans will not be broken out and that a 2nd access will be required at 100 units. Public Works is waiting for response comments from WGM.
