PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that the bonds spreadsheet is under review. OLD BUSINESS:
Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Public Works received comments. Parks advised that parking lot landscaping has not yet been approved. This will be on the agenda next week.
EAA Training Facility – 1825 Airport Rd – new training facility at City Airport – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – new apartment and community building –Public Works is waiting on responses to
their comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Home2 Suites – 454 Rivers Edge Loop – new hotel –Public Works is still waiting on reponses to their comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Everhome Suites – 1900 Jefferson Blvd – new hotel –Public Works gave approval. Pre-Treatment has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Two Mile storage Units – 204 Two Mile Dr – new storage units – Public Works has comments out. Building advised that the address will be changed. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Industries – 91 5th Ave WN – Clearance Store – Public Works is waiting on comments. This will be on the agenda next week.
Village Loop Mixed Use – 63 Village Loop – new mixed use bldg. – Public Works advised that Fire Suppression will be required and that there is no hydrant data. This will be on the agenda next week. VA Clinic – 750 Reserve Pl – new clinic – Planning advised that ARC review will be on 4/9. Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Logan ED Parking Lot – 336 Conway Dr – new parking lot – Building advised that the accessible parking spots have been worked out with Jackola. This will be on the agenda next week. Beehive Homes PH 3 – 242 Stillwater Rd – new building – Public Works has comments out. Building advised that there is no geo-tech report. This will be on the agenda next week.

PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Planning advised that there will be address changes for the Starling building permits. Planning discussed the Silverbrook Garages C of O with Parks and bonding may be required. OTHER ITEMS: Frontier Village Apartments – Architect Mark Johnson gave status of the Frontier Village Apartments and discussed garages and a skylight with Building. He also advised Public Works that the contractor will likely be making a deposit soon for the storm water as-builts. The meeting was adjourned at 10:21 AM.
