Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Public Works is waiting on comments. Pre-Treatment was approved. This will be on the agenda next week.
EAA Training Facility – 1825 Airport Rd – new training facility at City Airport – Planning advised that the geo-tech is in progress and that the CUP would not be issued until June at the earliest. This will be on the agenda next week.
Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – new apartment and community building –Public Works and Building have
comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Home2 Suites – 454 Rivers Edge Loop – new hotel –Public Works and Building have comments out. Public Works advised that another fire hydrant will be required. Planning discussed aggregation. This will be on the agenda next week.
Everhome Suites – 1900 Jefferson Blvd – new hotel – Public Works gave conditional approval. Building is missing the geo-tech report and there are no landscaping plans in their submittal. This will be on the agenda next week.
Two Mile storage Units – 204 Two Mile Dr – new storage units – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Industries – 91 5th Ave WN – Clearance Store – Public Works is working with them on their comments. Building started plan review today. This will be on the agenda next week.
Village Loop Mixed Use – 63 Village Loop – new mixed use bldg. – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. VA Clinic – 750 Reserve Pl – new clinic – Public Works has comments out. Planning advised that they received their ARC submittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Logan ED Parking Lot – 336 Conway Dr – new parking lot – Public Works has comments out. Planning to remind Jackola to update the parking lot requirements. Planning also advised that the accessible parking is shared with the Brendan House and that there may not be enough spaces. Building will investigate. This will be on the agenda next week. Beehive Homes PH 3 – 242 Stillwater Rd – new building – Public Works has comments out and will not be issuing approval until the water main is addressed. This will be on the agenda next week.
