PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning will send a request to the committee to identify any pending items for the Silverbrook Apartments that are almost complete.
OLD BUSINESS: Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Public Works is waiting on comments and stated that they reminded the engineer to submit landscaping plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
EAA Training Facility – 1825 Airport Rd – new training facility at City Airport – Updated plans were received for review. Planning advised that a CUP for the parking lot will be required. This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS - Samaritan House – 1110 2nd St W – new apartment and community building – Plans are in Public Works’ queue.
