The provisions of this Addendum Number 1 shall apply to and be a part of the Bidding and
Contract Documents for the Gravel and Aggregate Materials contract. Bidders must
acknowledge Addendum 1 on the face of their submitted bid form.
Invitation to Bid
The End Date for this contract will be April 11, 2025.
Bids will be received by written bid until 2:45 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Written
quotes should be delivered to City of Kalispell Public Works, Attn. Gene Corne, City Road and

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall First Floor Conference Room,
