Current Business:
o Tree Equity Grant
➢ $20k for tree planting
➢ Sent letters to homeowners on 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Ave W who had space for
boulevard a tree(s)
➢ 15 positive responses received
➢ 30 trees are being planted this week at a cost of $733/each
o Contractors
➢ Although not completed TFL has pulled off storm damage to work on our fall
pruning contact
➢ TFL is pruning 12th, 13th, & 14th Street East and well as Montana Street area
between the mall and Idaho St.
➢ Wisner Tree Service is working on the 30 tree planting contract.
o Construction on 8th Ave W
o Arbor Day Theme
➢ Pick Arbor Day theme for next year
o Arborist Update – Colter
