PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is working with Junegrass Apartments and has Stillwater Crossing’s SIA release under review. OLD BUSINESS: Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – New landscaping plans were approved by Parks. This was
conditionally approved pending the SID waiver and pre-treatment comments. Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – The committee discussed removal
from the agenda. This will be on the agenda next week.
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – New plans were received. Public Works sent comments out. The committee discussed the letter of credit and engineer’s estimate requirements. Public Works will advise Terry Cramer if an engineer’s stamp is required for the engineer’s estimate.
