PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is working on a bond reduction for Starling; Parks will provide input on damaged sidewalks.
OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works has comments in their queue. Parks advised that plans are missing a backflow preventor. This will be on the agenda next week. Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works advised that they received a new site plan 10/25/23 and will send to Planning. Public Works and Building sent comments out. Parks to review landscaping. This will
be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Spring Creek Park Bldg 1 – Three Mile Dr– new apartment building – Planning advised this passed Architectural Review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Fed Ex – 165 Schoolhouse Loop – parking lot expansion – Public Works sent comments out 10/20/23 and is working with them. Planning to verify the landscaping coverage and advise Parks if their review is required. This will be on the agenda next week.
