PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Sunrift is working with First Interstate to get a new letter of credit in place. OLD BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works will be sending out more comments today. This will be on the agenda next week. Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Public Works and Building will be sending comments out soon. There are some small issues with distance of landscaping to the manholes in the parking lot. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows Lot 5 – 2183/2187/2191 Aster Rd – new apartment buildings – Public Works has sent comments. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Spring Creek Park Bldg 1 – Three Mile Dr– new apartment building – departments are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Final Plat still needs to be obtained. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – West Montana St Apts – 36 W Montana St – discussion regarding location of trash enclosures, parking counts and location, recreational amenity, and stormwater. Lots will be aggregated. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – FedEx Parking Addition – 110 School House Loop – no major comments, a zoning lot determination will need to be recorded.
