RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works and Plan Review have comments out. Parks has landscaping comments out. This will be on the agenda next week.
Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office – Plan Review has this in their queue. Public Works has in review. Pre-Treatment is in review. Planning advised that they received the architectural review submittal. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None
OTHER ITEMS: Public Works advised that Harvest Flats is pending a waiver of SID and construction dwgs. Parks advised that they need a letter regarding landscaping maintenance. Planning advised that Parkland Meadows Lot 5 and
Spring Creek Park will be added to next week’s agenda.
