PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning may escalate Sunrift to the City Attorney. The Landings are almost done, and the Warming Center is striped but not landscaped.
OLD BUSINESS: Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – This passed through site review. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works has new submittal in their queue. This will be on the agenda next week. Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Because plans are months out, this was removed from the agenda. NEW BUSINESS: Quartz Creek Dental 2 – 675 Treeline – new dental office - Public Works has new plans in review queue. Planning will have architectural plans 9/5 for the 9/12 ARC meeting. This will be on the agenda next week. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None
OTHER ITEMS: The committee discussed the Silos Trail Crossings and solutions for solid waste, fire, and plowing access. This will be further discussed next week.
