PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works, Parks, and Planning discussed the Meadows Edge bond. Public Works and MDT sent Meadows Edge roundabout and frontage improvement comments. Planning to follow up
with Sunrift. OLD BUSINESS: Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works sent comments out 8/23/23. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Planning received the updated site plan 8/23/23 and will be reviewing. This will
be on the agenda next week. Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Parking lot plans have not yet been received from Carver
Engineering. Plan Review advised that the engineering is months out. This will be on the agenda next week. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None
OTHER ITEMS: Planning advised that Quartz Creek Dental will be on the agenda next week. The committee discussed the landscaping plans status for Laird Noller, the status of Zip Trip, and the Silverbrook well acreage requirements.
