PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Nothing new. Committee decided to remove this from the agenda until updated submittals are received. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works has approved conditionally, this has passed through site review pending landscape and fire approvals. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation – Public Works is ok with the disturbance information, planning approved with condition that gravel area be fenced in with permanent fencing. Building permits cannot be issued until Rick has completed his review.
Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family – Public Works has approved conditionally, this has passed through site review pending landscape and fire approvals. Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works comments out. Planning advised that final plat was approved on 8/7/23. This will be on the agenda next week.
Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Public Works still has a couple of comments out, conditionally approved based on those comments. All other departments are ok. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – waiting on updated site plan. This will be on the agenda next week. Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Planning advised that the CUP was approved by City Council 8/7/23 and that plans will be sent soon from Carver Engineering. This will be on the agenda next week.
Norwood Flex – 21 Meridian Court – new commercial building – Public Works has approved conditionally, this has passed through site review pending landscape and fire approvals.
